Jersey Shore Wedding at The Grand Victorian in Spring Lake NJ

January 19th was an unseasonably warm day for January in New Jersey. What best to do on such a day then have a wedding? Carolyn and Kameron could not have asked for a better January day to have an outdoor Jersey Shore wedding ceremony on the porch of The Grand Victorian in Spring Lake. During the ceremony overlooking the ocean, Carolyn surprised Kameron with a bagpiper to accompany the wedding.

The cocktail hour and dinner both featured a relaxing mix of music from Dave Matthews Band, country music, old classics, Hootie & the Blowfish, and Mumford & Sons.

Black Trumpet, The Grand Victorian’s in-house restaurant, did an excellent job of catering delicious food for the reception. Chef /Owner Mark Mikolajczyk was onsite for the event.

The Wedding party was introduced to “You Da One” by Rihanna. Carolyn and Kameron danced to “Loving Wings (Live in Las Vegas with Tim Reynold)” by Dave Matthews Band for their first dance together as husband and wife. Carolyn danced with her father to “Your Song (Royal Opera House)” by Elton John while Kameron danced with his mother to “Glitter in the Air” by Pink.

After the relaxing dinner music we cranked up the beat to get people moving on their feet all night long. We played a mix of new hits from pop to hip hop to get people dancing.

To kick off dessert we played “Love Your Love the Most” by Eric Church to cut the cake.

In a tribute to love that lasts, after dessert the bride’s grandparents danced to “At Last” by Etta James. During the song we invited couples who had been together for 40 years to join, than 30 years, than 20 years. The dance floor was packed and stayed that way for the rest of the night.

We are so happy to have been a part of Carolyn and Kameron’s special day. We wish you all the happiness in your life together.
