Wedding Brunch at Molly Pitcher Inn: Vincent and Kelly

The Molly Pitcher Inn is a beautiful venue in Red Bank, NJ that sits on the banks of the Navesink River. This venue hosts hundreds of weddings and events each year, and recently played host to Vincent and Kelly’s nuptials. The couple chose to celebrate their love affair over a brunch themed wedding (clearly a couple after our own hearts as we’ve written about brunch before).
The coupled opted for an intimate affair, sharing this special moment with 65 of their closest family and friends. Vitamin String Quartet’s classically remastered hits “Sweet Child of Mine” played while the bridal party entered, followed by “Love Me Like You Do” as Kelly was escorted down the aisle by her father.
The ceremony was performed by New Jersey Wedding Officiant, Andrea Purtell, who made the experience memorable and heartfelt. After the exchange of rings and sealing the deal with a kiss, Vincent and Kelly strutted down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. to “Best Day of My Life” by American Authors.
Immediately following the ceremony, guests were moved into the reception room where a scrumptious assortment of breakfast pastries awaited. During this breakfast hour, guests enjoyed hits by the White Stripes, Band of Horses, and The Cure.
In lieu of doing a grand entrance with the bridal party, the bride and groom were announced by Create Excitement’s MC and performed their first dance as husband and wife to “Amazed” by Lonestar. Next up was the father-daughter dance. Kelly and her father danced to Heartland’s “I Loved Her First“. After a few verses of the tear-jerker, all fathers and daughters were invited to join the dance floor and share in this special moment. Up next, Vincent and his mother danced to Celine Dion’s “Because You Loved Me“. At the 1:15 mark, all mothers and sons joined the dance floor.
The couple’s wedding playlist was a blast for wedding guests and featured a few throwbacks mixed in with today’s top hits.
